In NERD'S BOX TOYS we are committed to offer a reliable and the least expensive delivery service. That's is why we have chosen the United State Postal Services (USPS) .

The three shipping methods are :

  1. USPS First Class Mail Parcel: 
    • for weight of less than 10 oz
    • tracking service
    • no insurance
    • delivery time 2-7 days not guaranteed
  2. USPS Priority Mail :
    • weight limit 70lb
    • tracking service
    • insurance free up to $50.00 
    • delivery time 1-3 days 
  3. USPS Priority Mail Express:
    • weight limit 70lb
    • tracking service & proof of delivery
    • insurance with money back guaranteed up to $100
    • delivery time 1-2 days

 

Of course, if you are in the area you are welcome to pick it up in our store and save the shipping cost. We will always be happy to see you!.

The Process

Once you check mark the shipping method in the checkout page and buy the product , that information arrived to our shipping center and our crew will start working on it. If the item is bought during the weekdays it will be ready to ship within 24h to 48h. If the item is bought during the weekend or holiday the order will be ready to be processed in the next working day. Once is ready to be shipped, the USPS will be contacted to pick up the package. We know how important is for you to have the product in your hands, that's why our goal is to have it ready as quick as possible.

Delivery Time

Our system does not calculate the delivery time, however ,with the tracking number you can follow the product in the USPS web page. Priority Mail delivery time is between 1-3 business day and Priority Mail Express 1-2 business day depending the region.(Delivery USPS Map).However, we do not have responsibility of any late delivery time once is given to the mailman . If you have any complain contact your local USPS and let us know immediately about the situation.

The Tracking

The tracking number will be delivered to you by e-mail in order for you to monitor the package. If you don't have an e-mail you can call us during hour working hours and we will give you the number.Contact Us. 

The Cost

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. 

Quality Control Before Delivery

Before the product is delivered to you we will verify that the product is in superb conditions, as much as we can, if is visible from the package.No packaging will be open. The product packaging will be rated if it has no damage, mild damage or severe damage. No severe damage packaging will be delivered. A small note from our inspector will be placed inside de shipping box and a copy of it will be on our files. It is not possible to inspect the product if the product is not visible from the package. If the product has a damage follow our return policy and contact us immediately.

Error In Address

It is very important that you provide us with a standardize USPS address because we do not have system that can tell us about any address error. This error will result in a delayed time of delivery or additional shipping cost/ penalty charges by the USPS. All these additional fees will be charged to the costumer. We do not charge for re-stocking or have any penalty charges, all that you will pay is the USPS charges. For additional information contact your local USPS office
